Usually, being up all night is a choice of high school or college students—commonly for partying; excessively responsible workers and workaholics also tend to spend sleepless nights working on their tasks. It is widely believed that, unlike insomnia which means a regular lack of sleepa couple of sleepless nights now and then cannot do much harm.
It happens that I have often times found myself feeling tired and drowsy throughout the day. This has even occurred after a full eight hours of sleep.
There is a multitude of reasons for this occurrence as well as a great number of effects. Results of my research, discussed more fully in this report, point to general lifestyle choices by individuals as the major determinant in their level of sleep deprivation.
